At Puerto Rico Medical Emergency Group, PSC (PRMEG) we are Emergency Medicine specialists committed to providing rapid, reliable, and compassionate medical care during critical moments.
Since 2007, we have delivered emergency services at hospitals across the Island, combining clinical expertise, operational excellence, and patient-centered care.
Today, in addition to managing emergency rooms at multiple hospitals, we operate PRMEG Emergency Room -a standalone, (non-hospital-affiliated) facility located on the first floor of San Juan Health Centre.

We specialize in what we call Proactive ER Medicine. preventive care that patients can receive directly through our Emergency Room located on the first floor of San Juan Health CentreOur goal is to positively impact patients' health before illness strikes.
